Cancellations must be made Seven (7) days prior to date of event or cancellation fee will apply.
There is no refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of event.
Reservation All items are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
In the event of poor weather conditions your event can be rescheduled with no penalties.
If you insist on us setting up in questionable weather there is no refund or rain check if your party rains out (or any other related weather condition).
Each jumper has a safety ramp and netting to provide a happy, safe jumping environment.
